Landmark Painting values the responsibility of being in your home, and we will treat it responsibly. We are here to help you select the right colors and type of paint, and will respect your requirements in terms of scheduling and accessibility. We provide both interior and exterior residential painting services and our goal is always to provide you with a great experience. We will treat your home, your furnishings and your pets as if they were our own!
We offer free estimates and apply the following “best-practices” approach to insure every job is done right the first time.
1. Set Up
Items are placed in the center of the room and covered with clean, new plastic sheeting. All floors are protected with drop cloths.
2. Prepare
Based on your requests, holes and cracks in ceilings and walls are filled; stains are sealed, and surfaces are scuff sanded.
3. Prime
Repaired areas are primed, and premium quality paint is applied to a uniform finish.
4. Paint
deliver a clean, consistent, and professional finish on any residential or commercial project.
5. Clean Up
Furniture and accessories are moved back to their desired locations. Floors and carpets are vacuumed and swept. All of our materials are removed.
6. Inspect
After our own inspection, you are invited to inspect our painting work and may be asked to complete our feedback card for the crew.
